╰┈➤ If you break these terms of service, I will refuse to work with you in the future and may possibly take other action.————— Commission Process & Communication —————╰┈➤ Orders are made through a Google form or through email. ╰┈➤ I will reach out to you if the order is accepted or not via email.
╰┈➤ Commissions are not taken on a first-come first-serve basis. I will select commissions that are best suited to my skills.
╰┈➤ If the commission request requires extra work, I will quote you for the extra work with an explanation for the prices. My pricing is available on the commissions page.
╰┈➤ Refunds will not be given if work has already been started. I will notify you when I begin working on your commission.
╰┈➤ If I cancel the commission for any reason, I will provide you with a full refund.
╰┈➤ In regards to communication, please feel free to reach out to me during a commission to inquire about the process of your commission and for updates. I plan to update on a weekly basis for commissions. In your application, please list your preferred method of communication.

╰┈➤ In addition, if you are not satisfied with your commission, please let me know during the commission process as revisions will be difficult to make once delivery is completed.

╰┈➤ I will give you a quoted amount of time based on the type of commission. Work will not begin until a timeline is decided on and accepted by both parties (commissioner and artist).
╰┈➤ There are generally four stages to commissions: Sketches > Line Art > Base Color > Rendering
╰┈➤ The sketch phase is the only phase where major revisions can be made.
╰┈➤ Major revisions include changes like changing the pose or concept. I will accept 2 major revisions per commission. Please take your time deciding if you would like to change things.
╰┈➤ If you have any issues with your commission following these major revisions, other major revisions will cost 10% of the commission cost.
╰┈➤ Minor revisions in other phases of the work are allowed, with up to 3 minor revisions. Minor revisions include things like slight color changes, adding basic text, or adding basic illustrations like a simple heart overlay (just lineart, no color).————— My average turnaround time for art is as follows: —————
╰┈➤ Static emotes should take around one day each.
Animated emotes take around 2-3 days each.
Live2D model art takes up to 1 month.
╰┈➤ Live2D rigging takes up to 1 month. If there is extreme complexity, it might take longer for your commission to be finished.
╰┈➤ If I need to cut your model art, please add an additional week onto the expected delivery time.
╰┈➤ Live2D rigging and model art together takes up to 6 weeks.
Illustrations take up to 1 month, depending on complexity.
╰┈➤ For other work, please reach out to me and I can give you an approximation on a timeline before you apply for a commission slot.————— Payment & Delivery —————╰┈➤ Payments can be made through: Stripe, Kofi, & Paypal.
╰┈➤ Listed prices include taxes & fees.
╰┈➤ Rush fee is 20-50% of the commission. You will need to discuss your timeline with me in advance so that I can approve the delivery date and give you a quote for the rush date.
╰┈➤ If you would like me to keep your commission private through the work process (not showing the process on stream or socials) please let me know. There will be an extra fee of 10% privacy fee for this.
╰┈➤ If you would like a work cut for Live2D, this will be an extra fee of 5%. Please let me know if this is necessary before the commission if possible.
╰┈➤ For Live2D art or larger works, a payment plan may be negotiated, but at least 50% of the commission price must be paid upfront. I will not continue past the sketch phase
╰┈➤ Commissions will be delivered digitally. No physical goods are included in my prices or commissions.
╰┈➤ Once work is delivered, I am no longer liable for storage of your art. Please make sure to make a backup of your files! If the work is lost after delivery, you may make an inquiry to me about it.————— Usage & Rights —————
╰┈➤ Commissions can be used for content creation without extra fees.
╰┈➤ If you would like to use my artwork for commercial use (only for selling merchandise, including digital merchandise that is directly paid for (e.g. photo for a digital postcard or photo for an ASMR pack that is not paid for via a subscription) also counts here), an extra 50% fee will be added to the work.
